DIAL-UP PPP ACCESS HELP: SAILOR CRUISE ACCOUNTS
WHAT ARE SAILOR CRUISE ACCOUNTS?
Sailor Cruise Accounts are a 90-day graphical dial-up Internet
accesss service from Sailor for qualified Maryland
Public Library
customers of participating Maryland Public
Libraries.
Sailor Cruise Accounts are the second generation

original service, introduced in 1994, was a text-based vt100
