With a Sailor Dial-Up PPP Account you can access websites and web-based applications using your web browser, or use Internet applications that may be installed on your computer (such as email clients or instant messaging applications). All Sailor Dial-Up PPP Access is provided on a personal account basis.

There are two types of Sailor PPP account:

• Sailor Cruise Accounts - 90 day accounts available from participating public libraries.
• Sailor VIP Accounts - A service available to eligible Maryland public library staff.
